Since 2006 we have focused on the neighborhoods you love, and homes that you will make you weak in the knees. We pride ourselves on delivering the best homes imaginable, that work for a modern lifestyle, WHERE YOU WANT TO LIVE. Our design staff works tirelessly to keep our houses fresh and on trend while maintaining that indescribable essence that makes it home. When you walk into one of our finished homes, it’s our expectation that the home is ready for you to move in tomorrow, it should look THAT good. Go ahead, go through one of our models as well as one of our competitors and let us know which looks better. Buying a home is a big deal and we take your business seriously. We focus on a transparent and satisfying experience for every customer, every time. No matter the cost of the home. Over 15 years and hundreds of closing we\u2019ve fine tuned our processes to get your home built, properly inspected, and ensure you know your new home backwards and forwards before its time to move in. We pride ourselves on doing \u201cthe right thing.\u201d It’s kind of cheesy to say, but it’s not that complicated. No, that doesn\u2019t mean doing whatever the customer says (we bet you wish that were the case though!); it means can you sleep well at night knowing that you did what you know to be the right thing in a difficult situation? Say an inspector didn\u2019t call something out on your inspection report but in your heart of hearts you knew it was wrong; did you skip it because it wasn\u2019t called out or did you correct it because you knew it wasn\u2019t right? Our average team member has worked for Mazzarino for over five years. There’s a reason for that. We\u2019ve worked hard to foster an environment that is collaborative, challenging, and genuinely enjoyable. It’s a tight knit community here at Mazzarino; one that coworkers are happy to help out when someone goes on vacation, or pick up the slack when you\u2019re having a rough day. We want our team to feel empowered and help their team members out when needed, not because they\u2019re asked, because they want to. We believe that a team truly does their best work when they care about the people they are doing the work with, and who they do the work for. Our trade partners are just as important as team members. We have high expectations from them and they from us. It’s why we have industry leading payment terms and recently started doing annual thank you events. It’s through this mutually beneficial relationship that we are able to turn out some of the best homes available in the inner loop.<\/p>\n

We have worked tirelessly to build a reputation for honesty, integrity, and building a really, really nice home.
